我們不會要求提供卡號以及任何私人卡片資訊，請嚴防詐騙不提供商品保固之責任( 除附有保證卡商品除外 )，若發生商品寄錯與瑕疵問題，請於3天內向客服提出。贈品之瑕疵亦不在保固範圍內，我方寄出前會詳細檢查並包裝，購買本商場之商品，代表同意我方販售須知所標註之細則。鑽戒珠寶等飾品訂製，因單價較高且屬稀有類別飾品，務必與客服人員確認大小或戒圍，正式付款後則代表認同所有溝通之內容，商品測量尺寸皆可能會有一點誤差產生，在正常可接受範圍內大小不準確皆屬於正常現象，介意者請勿購買。
mxiv只在線上官網與蝦皮使用官方帳號 (帳號為 mxiv.1014) 販售以及台南實體門市展售，如有其他平台有任何販售行為均屬違法，請小心受騙，未經同意隨意使用商品圖片，並有任何商業行為，我們將依法檢舉與處理。
惡意下標或者拒絕簽收訂單之商品，我們有權不提供購買，並列入永久黑名單，必要時會採取法律途徑，請自重。
現貨的出貨天數為 1-14 天，如需追加的時間為 25 - 30 天( 以上皆不含週末 )，不接急單請見諒。

We will never request your card number or any private card information. Please be aware of fraud. We are not responsible for product warranty unless a warranty card is provided with the item. If there are any issues such as incorrect or defective items, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. Free gifts are not covered under warranty. We thoroughly inspect and package items before shipment.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms listed in our sales policy. For custom-made items such as diamond rings and fine jewelry, due to their higher price and unique nature, please confirm the size or ring circumference with customer service. Once payment is made, it indicates acceptance of all prior communication. Slight discrepancies in measurements are normal and within acceptable limits; if this may be an issue, please refrain from purchasing.
MXIV only sells through our official website, Shopee account (mxiv.1014), and physical store in Tainan. Any sales through other platforms are unauthorized and considered fraudulent. Misuse of our product images for any commercial activity without permission will be reported and handled according to the law.
Malicious orders or refusal to accept delivered items will result in the customer being blacklisted and banned from future purchases. Legal action will be taken if necessary—please respect our policies.
In-stock items are shipped within 1–14 days. For pre-order items, production takes 25–30 days (excluding weekends). We do not accept rush orders—thank you for your understanding.
